The Ward isn't a neighbourhood for someone looking for rows of similar houses. It's a neighbourhood for someone who values character, history, walkability and being close to the heart of Guelph.

Locals know it simply as “The Ward.” Officially St. Patrick's Ward, this historic neighbourhood sits just east of downtown, shaped by the Speed and Eramosa Rivers and by the mills, factories and railway that once made this part of Guelph a centre of industry.
